AI/ML systems deployed in real-world settings operate far beyond the controlled conditions under which models are typically trained. Ensuring that these models perform reliably, safely, and equitably in such environments is therefore a critical challenge.

Over the past decade, a set of guiding principles has emerged to address this challenge, collectively known as Responsible AI. Once considered optional, Responsible AI has now become a foundational requirement for any production-grade AI system.

This session explores these principles and demonstrates how to evolve a proof-of-concept ML model into a robust, deployable system that embeds Responsible AI practices by design.
