600kW In Row Liquid-to-Liquid CDU | Greencomputing High-Power Intelligent Cooling Solution for Ultra-High-Density AI Data Centers
Modern AI supercomputing and large-scale data centers feature
soaring rack heat density and continuous full-load operation, placing extremely high demands on cooling power, system redundancy and intelligent regulation. Conventional low-power cooling equipment is unable to support ultra-high-density heat dissipation, while insufficient system redundancy easily causes operational risks. To meet the cooling demands of heavy-duty computing scenarios, Greencomputing has developed the 600kW In Row Liquid-to-Liquid CDU. Adopting a comprehensive redundant design and intelligent frequency conversion control technology, the cabinet-type unit achieves high-power, stable and energy-saving cooling, perfectly matching the rigorous requirements of large-scale high-end data centers.
● The unit adopt clamp-type couplings to enable fast and straightforward installation.
● The pump system adopts a 1-active, 1-standby redundant configuration and supports simultaneous dual-pump operation. It facilitates easy replacement and maintenance with superior operational reliability.
● The system provides comprehensive real-time monitoring of all operating parameters.
● Host communication interfaces include RS485 and RJ45, with Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP as the default host communication protocols.
