High Accuracy Temperature Sensors for Data Centres
Among the Acez Sensing product range, the TE25 and TE26 High Accuracy Temperature Sensors are specifically developed to support mission-critical cooling systems in modern data centres.
Engineered for Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs), chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC units and precision HVAC applications, these sensors provide exceptional measurement performance where every fraction of a degree directly influences cooling efficiency and energy optimisation.
The TE25 and TE26 are available with multiple sensing technologies to suit different engineering requirements:
- Platinum RTD Pt100 (Class 1/10 DIN) with calibrated system accuracy of up to ±0.03°C
- Platinum RTD Pt1000 (Class 1/10 DIN) offering superior signal resolution with the same ±0.03°C calibrated system accuracy
- High-Accuracy 10kΩ NTC Thermistor with ±0.05°C tolerance between 0°C and 50°C, providing rapid response and excellent sensitivity within chilled water operating temperatures
Unlike standard off-the-shelf sensors, Acez Sensing offers customised probe lengths, thermowells, process connections, cable configurations and mounting arrangements to ensure optimum immersion depth and accurate pipe core temperature measurement while minimising thermal conduction errors.
When paired with the Blue Gizmo BG38PT Precision Thermometer, the complete calibrated measurement system achieves a combined measurement accuracy of up to ±0.03°C, providing consultants with the confidence required for commissioning, Measurement & Verification (M&V), chilled water heat balancing and compliance with Singapore SS591:2021.
