The showcased 60kW 800V HVDC module supports wide-range AC input: 320–530Vac, delivers a standard 800V DC output at 60kW rated power, and achieves a peak conversion efficiency exceeding 98%, substantially reducing cooling demands and electrical losses in data centers. With 180% short-term peak power capability and built-in redundant buffer capacitors, the module is ideally suited to handle the burst-type dynamic loads of AI servers, eliminating voltage sag risks.
The module can be flexibly scaled to build MW-class high-voltage DC power systems, meeting deployment needs ranging from small-to-medium AI computing rooms to hyperscale AIDC clusters. Leveraging the 800V high-voltage architecture, it significantly reduces cable losses and lowers power distribution construction costs, making it a core power supply unit for next-generation green AIDCs.
