A global leader in internet-related technologies faced growing complexity in managing data center logistics for its expanding data center operations. Solution
GXO partnered with the customer to design and operate a global hub-and-spoke logistics model across North America, Latin America, EMEA and APAC. The solution spans forward and reverse logistics for server builds, spare parts and decommissioning, along with on-site services such as installation, cabling and energizing. GXO also oversees demand planning, forecasting and labor across more than 90 sites and 140 buildings worldwide. As AI and machine learning continue to reshape the data center landscape, GXO has not only adapted at speed, we remain ready to integrate new technologies and requirements as they emerge.
