DEE Fully Prefabricated Integrated Data Center System Reshapes the Construction Model of Computing Infrastructure
In the era of digital economy, the demand for computing power has exploded, and the problems of traditional civil engineering data centers have become increasingly prominent, such as long on-site construction cycles, difficult quality control in multi-system cross-construction, insufficient flexibility in capacity expansion, and persistently high energy consumption. As a main drafting unit of technical specifications for prefabricated data centers, as well as a national high-tech enterprise and a specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and innovative enterprise in China, DEE relies on more than 20 years of technical precipitation in energy-saving electromechanical engineering, its own 120,000-square-meter prefabrication factory for whole-set equipment and Huizhou zero-carbon intelligent manufacturing base, and officially launches the Fully Prefabricated Integrated Data Center System, revolutionizing the data center construction system with standardized factory integration solutions.
This product provides a one-stop fully prefabricated integrated solution for data center infrastructure. Based on BIM design and digital smart factory production, all core components including the cooling station system, liquid cooling circulation system, power supply and distribution system, and intelligent monitoring system are standardizedly prefabricated, integrated and tested in the factory, with a factory prefabrication rate of up to 90%, realizing the simultaneous deployment of refrigeration stations, power distribution rooms, air conditioning rooms and IT computer rooms. Compared with the traditional on-site construction mode, the on-site construction cycle can be shortened to 6-12 months, and it can flexibly adapt to the elastic capacity expansion needs from edge computing to ultra-large data centers. Meanwhile, it achieves low-carbon and energy-saving operation through air-liquid fusion heat dissipation technology, and provides customers with full-cycle data center infrastructure integration services relying on its self-developed AI group control system and more than 40 energy-saving patents.
