ENFORT Embarks on a New Journey: Official Establishment of Its Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Malaysia

On July 18, 2024, ENFORT officially established its wholly owned subsidiary in Malaysia, marking a significant milestone in the company’s international development and the beginning of a new chapter in its global expansion.

Preparations for the establishment of the Malaysian subsidiary began in early May. To ensure a smooth entry into the local market and quickly build strong business partnerships, ENFORT conducted extensive market research and business engagement activities. From site selection and company registration to talent recruitment and team building, every step was carefully planned to ensure full compliance with local legal, taxation, and regulatory requirements.

In recent years, Johor, Malaysia, has attracted significant investment in data centers, lithium battery manufacturing, photovoltaic industries, and other advanced sectors, thanks to its strategic geographic location and favorable government policies. To further strengthen its business operations in Malaysia, ENFORT has also initiated the application process for the CIDB G7 Contractor Registration, with approval expected in August.

The CIDB G7 qualification will provide strong support for ENFORT’s expansion into the Southeast Asian market, enabling the company to deliver high-efficiency data center solutions, thermal energy storage (TES) systems, magnetic bearing phase-change cooling technologies, liquid cooling solutions, and Building Automation (BA) systems with AI-driven optimization.
