Fewer Alerts, Faster Resolutions: Motadata Showcases ObserveOps Infinity and ServiceOps at Stand 5-K23
What Motadata is bringing to Stand 5-K23, and the four problems it expects to spend two days talking about: observability gaps, service bottlenecks, too much alert noise and slow resolutions. Includes a look at the newly released ObserveOps Infinity, where ServiceOps sits alongside it, and how to claim a free pass to the show.
Singapore – September 2026
Motadata will exhibit at Cloud & AI Infrastructure Asia 2026, part of Tech Week Singapore, on 29–30 September at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre. The company will be at Stand 5-K23 with both products in its portfolio: ObserveOps Infinity, the unified observability platform that reached general availability in August 2026, and ServiceOps, its AI-enabled, ITIL 4 aligned service management platform.
Four problems bring most infrastructure teams to a show like this one: observability gaps, service bottlenecks, too much noise, and slow resolutions. They are usually the same problem seen from four angles.
A hybrid estate spanning on-premises, colocation and several clouds tends to accumulate a separate tool for every layer. Each tool sees its own slice, so nothing sees the whole. Each raises its own alerts, so volume climbs while meaning drops. And the service desk often learns about an incident from a user rather than from the monitoring. The team ends up able to see everything and still needing hours to establish what actually broke.
Motadata's position at this year's show is that the answer is not more visibility. It is fewer alerts and faster resolutions, on one platform.
ObserveOps Infinity
Released in August 2026, ObserveOps Infinity replaces four previous editions with a single one. The complete platform unlocks on day one, with no tiers or upgrade walls.
It introduces an observability pipeline in the base platform, with no separate SKU; a control plane sitting between every source and every store, where logs, events, traps and flows are parsed into structured fields at ingest, masked in motion, and enriched with configuration item, site, owner and service context. Retention becomes a policy decision rather than a storage bill.
Because hardware pricing has risen sharply worldwide, and observability is compute-heavy at ingest and storage-heavy at rest, Motadata's engineering team treated the hardware footprint as a design constraint and re-engineered ingest paths, storage layout and collector efficiency. An equivalent deployment now runs on up to 30% to 40% less hardware. That range is indicative and varies with device mix, retention and topology; every deployment is sized against the official Motadata sizing matrix.
ServiceOps
ServiceOps is where those alerts become resolved work. It covers incident, problem, change and asset management on an ITIL 4 aligned foundation, with AI-enabled automation across the request lifecycle. Integrated with ObserveOps, it inherits the configuration item and service context already attached to the telemetry, so an incident reaches the service desk with the affected service, owner and site on it rather than as a bare alert someone has to interpret.

"Infrastructure teams across Asia are being asked to run larger estates, and now AI workloads on top of them, without a matching rise in budget or headcount," said Amit Shingala, CEO, Motadata. "That is why we treated the hardware bill as our own design problem rather than the customer's. Cloud & AI Infrastructure Asia is where those teams are, and we would rather show them what one platform does across monitoring and service management than describe it."
Motadata's engineers will be at the stand across both days. Bring your current estate, your tool mix and the alerts that keep waking your team, and they will walk through how ObserveOps Infinity and ServiceOps would handle it.
