Smartlogger solution has been designed in partnership with Generex to record battery parameters during the whole service life and make them available for collection and analysis. Smartlogger system is composed of a Smartlogger device coupled with SMARTBATTERY App. Thanks to NFC connection, battery’s data can be collected, stored, and shared through a Smartphone.

Smartlogger device is an independent and stand-alone unit that can be installed both on new and already existing battery’s systems. Its small and robust shape ensures accurate measurement during time, and it’s not affected by dust or temperature changes, and it is powered directly by the battery.

Smartlogger monitors crucial parameters: temperature and voltage. When a Smartlogger is scanned via SMARTBATTERY App and the unit has recorded any parameter exceeding working conditions, it warns the user.

Moreover, thanks to premium capacity test feature, it is possible to reliably determine the capacity of a battery.

Data analysis highlights potential issues and helps avoiding battery system failure and thus complete battery early replacement.

The unit can be fitted with new and existing systems with M6 or M8 terminal posts.
