This state-of-the-art facility will serve as a central hub to support GXO customers across the region, boosting efficiency and strengthening their supply chains. The space is built to international standards in health, safety, compliance, and sustainability. Spanning 55 hectares with a gross development value of RM 8 billion, the project underscores a long-term commitment to Johor’s growth and regional logistics leadership.

Strategically located within the Johor–Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ), the warehouse aligns with Malaysia’s national agenda to attract high-value investments, support regional economic integration, and boost Johor’s economic growth. The facility also facilitates cross-border trade with Singapore through streamlined customs processes and tax-efficient logistics benefits.

With GXO moving in, Warehouses 1 and 2 of Phase I are now fully leased. The development of Phases 2 and 3 is underway, featuring advanced multistorey logistics facilities to meet growing regional demand for efficient distribution and last-mile logistics in Southeast Asia.

The project is also expected to generate new employment opportunities for Johoreans in operations, supply chain management, safety & compliance, and green logistics services. It is projected to create thousands of new jobs, advancing Malaysia’s national objectives for job creation and human capital development while contributing to the state’s growth targets.
