IT Laser Technology to Unveil Its Three-in-One Laser Welding Quality Control System at Data Centre World Asia 2026
As data centre infrastructure scales to support AI workloads, the precision welding and quality control of critical components — from liquid cooling manifolds to AI compute cabinet parts — has become a production challenge.
IT Laser Technology provides integrated laser welding and intelligent inspection solutions for this segment, with in-process weld monitoring and penetration depth detection as its core strengths. The company looks forward to meeting data centre infrastructure component manufacturers and server ODMs at Data Centre World Asia 2026. Visit Booth 【BOOTH NO.】 to inspect the Three-in-One System and discuss process integration with our engineers.
AI-ready data centres are driving demand for precisely welded, tightly controlled critical components — liquid cooling manifolds, cold plates and AI compute cabinet parts must meet strict leak-free, dimensional and quality standards. Precision welding combined with reliable in-line inspection has become a production bottleneck for the supply chain. At Data Centre World Asia 2026, IT Laser Technology will present manufacturing solutions built around intelligent inspection.
The centrepiece is the Three-in-One Laser Welding Intelligent Quality Control System, which unifies a flexible welding platform with two inspection capabilities in a single automated line. Its defining strength is integrated intelligent inspection. The laser welding module spans a full range of machine types — robotic, automated, galvo-scanner, precision spot and fibre-delivered welding — covering any production scenario. The in-process weld monitoring module is built on a coaxial, high-precision, non-contact principle and forms a serialised pre-weld, in-weld and post-weld solution; it monitors welding power, height, defects and the full process in real time, detecting 12 defect types and storing process data for individual traceability. The weld penetration depth detection module applies OCT to directly measure molten-pool keyhole depth, eliminating missed detection with an overkill rate within 1%, and provides specific penetration values that can be re-verified after the fact to drive quality improvement.
Founded in 2012 and based in Shenzhen, China, IT Laser operates R&D and manufacturing centers in Shenzhen, Suzhou and Wuhan, and has delivered 5,000+ laser systems across advanced manufacturing sectors. The company holds 100+ patents and software copyrights, is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949, and allocates over 10% of its annual revenue to R&D.
IT Laser Technology will exhibit at Data Centre World Asia 2026, part of Tech Week Singapore, on 29–30 September 2026 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
