This product delivers factory prefabricated complete pipeline transportation solutions for liquid-cooled data centers. Supported by BIM 3D design and high-precision CNC machining, all liquid cooling pipelines undergo unified factory processing including cutting, seamless welding, pre-assembly forming, high-pressure hydraulic testing, anti-corrosion coating and thermal insulation treatment, forming standardized pipeline assembly modules.
The finished modules can be transported directly to the site and connected via standardized quick couplings. No on-site welding or secondary anti-corrosion and thermal insulation work is required throughout installation, drastically shortening on-site pipeline construction duration and eliminating construction risks such as leakage and blockage at the source.
Adopting an optimized low-resistance hydraulic design, the pipelines improve liquid cooling heat exchange efficiency.
