2.2  Liquid-Cooled Cabinet

The core carrier of the AICoolit™ liquid cooling series, featuring high structural strength (2,400 kg load capacity), high-precision manufacturing (Manifold flatness ±0.02 mm), full independent R&D, and full-lifecycle service. It supports direct-to-chip cold plate cooling (DLC) at 60~150 kW per cabinet, with integrated Manifold distribution and UQD/GQD quick-disconnect connectors for diverse deployment scenarios.

2.3  CDU (Coolant Distribution Unit)

The AICoolit™ CDU product matrix covers rack-level (50~100 kW), in-row-level (350~1,000 kW), and room-level (1,000~2,000 kW) configurations for deployments of any scale. SOETECK also offers the air-liquid hybrid CDU (SY-ALI series), combining 60~150 kW liquid cooling with 40 kW air cooling in a single unit — ideal for retrofitting existing air-cooled data centers and mixed-cooling deployments.

2.4  Liquid-Cooled Micro-Module Model
