Veyor Inventory Management is built for the field and connected to Veyor's delivery management platform. It covers three steps of the materials workflow: Receive (digital proof of receipt, captured on a phone), Track (materials and individual units in one place) and Adjust (corrections with a reason and full audit history).

Key capabilities

• Digital proof of receipt: capture the recipient's signature and timestamp on a phone. Proof of receipt is stored with the delivery record, replacing paper sign-offs.
• Bills of lading to digital records: photograph or upload a bill of lading and Veyor extracts the line items. Anything it doesn't recognise becomes a draft entry for quick review, so receiving keeps moving.
• Individual tracking of high-value equipment: record serial numbers and quality check results against each unit, with no separate spreadsheet or disconnected inspection record.
• A clear view of what's on site: see the recorded quantity of each material in one place, reconcile physical counts and identify discrepancies without searching through delivery paperwork.
• A clean record when something goes wrong: log damage, shortages, scrap and quantity corrections with a reason and full audit history. Shortages and discrepancies become records, not email chains.
