1.2 MW Anchor Handling Ship OTS
The OTS system is essential for securing safety during the operation and maintenance of ammonia-fueled vessels, it maximizes the training effectiveness for ammonia propulsion ship operators and enables the proactive prevention of hazards arising from the use of ammonia fuel.
The ammonia-fueled vessel is modeled using actual ship design data.
The system is structured to allow the vessel operator to directly interact with and control the environment, enabling immersive training through four modes (Pre-Operation, Process, Safety, and Equipment ) supporting the design and development of VR-based training content.
□ Pre-Operation Mode
Content for conducting pre-operational inspections of the ammonia fueled vessel, providing training on equipment pre-inspection manuals, checklists, and equipment safety inspection manuals.
□ Process Mode
Provides information on the process systems of the ammonia fueled vessel, delivering training on process operation information within the VR OTS based on data such as P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and PFD (Process Flow Diagrams).
□ Safety Mode
Training designed to help ammonia fueled vessel trainees respond more quickly in the event of an onboard accident, based on a range of safety response procedures.
□ Equipment Mode
Training that allows trainees to review design data and manuals for key equipment used on the ammonia fueled vessel, accessible at the corresponding equipment's location within the VR environment.
