   The 50kW Liquid-Cooled TTV Module is a simulated test load designed for liquid-cooled chips in data centers, capable of real-time simulation of dynamic power consumption and thermal operating conditions. It utilizes a three-phase 400V pure resistive load with zero current harmonics. Powered by an STM32F407 controller, it supports 0–50kW power adjustment with 1kW step resolution and dynamic switching within 10ms, along with local/remote control and data uploading capabilities. It can replicate the operating conditions of chips such as GB300, GB200, and HB200 on a 1:1 basis, featuring a built-in adjustable flow resistance simulation unit. The modular design facilitates easy expansion, maintenance, and transportation. "Fully compatible with DCIM and SCADA systems, it supports Ethernet networking for up to 300 units to monitor flow rate, pressure, temperature, voltage, and current. Comprehensive protection mechanisms include alerts and auto-shutdown for liquid leaks, high temperature, overvoltage, overcurrent, over-power, and fan failures, all with adjustable thresholds. Additionally, it supports both local and remote Emergency Power Off (EPO).
