Welded from seamless square stainless steel tubes of grade 304 or higher. Equipped with one inlet and one outlet port to connect with CDU for circulating coolant heat dissipation. Standard sizes of 30×30 mm and 40×40 mm are available for selection.
Welding Process
Minimal heat-affected zone during welding; dimensional tolerance controlled within ±0.1 mm. Weld strength reaches 95% of base metal, delivering robust and durable structure.
Flow Control
Designed with algorithms and CAE simulation. Independent flow restriction for each branch ensures uniform and stable flow distribution with a flow control accuracy of ±10%.
Quality Control & Traceability
100% leak testing implemented for every unit. Laser marking linked to MES system enables full-lifecycle single-unit traceability.
Production Environment
Manufactured entirely in Class 10,000 dust-free cleanrooms. Finished products feature high cleanliness to meet stringent operating conditions of data center liquid cooling systems.
