DQ Line Closed type Counterflow
① Dry/Wet Mode Switching
Supports both dry and wet operating modes with seamless, flexible switching. Under conventional conditions, the spray system is activated for wet operation to maximize cooling performance via evaporative heat transfer. During cold seasons, the spray pump is deactivated to switch to dry air-cooled mode. This significantly reduces water consumption, achieving an annual comprehensive water saving of over 20%.
② Winter Ice & Freeze Protection
Designed for extreme cold, the system primarily operates in dry mode during winter with the external spray system turned off. When paired with antifreeze (glycol solutions), it provides highly reliable freeze protection, eliminating the risk of ice buildup on the tower structure and internal components.
③ Energy & Water Efficiency
In dry mode, the external spray pump is completely shut down, resulting in zero water loss and reduced electrical consumption. In wet mode, the system leverages high-efficiency evaporation to boost cooling capacity, optimizing the overall system’s energy performance and lowering OPEX (Operating Expenditure).
④ Modular Design
Features a modular assembly approach. Components are pre-assembled and tested at the factory before shipping, which significantly shortens onsite installation schedules and ensures superior, factory-controlled assembly quality.
