DS Line Closed type Cross Flow
①Advanced Heat Exchange Module
The packing is jointly developed by SPINING and Dalian University of Technology. A better performance scheme is simulated via Fluent software with advanced technologies applied. It is installed in a suspended and inclined manner, which is consistent with the flow direction of circulating water to fully utilize the heat exchange area, featuring high-efficiency heat exchange.
The standard configuration adopts carbon steel coil assemblies with a pressure resistance of 1.6 MPa. They feature high heat exchange efficiency, high cleanliness and reliable operation, meeting the industrial requirements of sectors including general industry, UHV power and data centers. Optional materials such as 304 and 316 stainless steel are available.
②Reliable Operation
The tower adopts an all-steel structure with high strength and easy for inspection and maintenance.
It is equipped with an inspection door, allowing direct access to the interior of the tower for maintenance.
For single-side air intake models, a direct-drive motor can be used, which is externally mounted on the tower top for easy maintenance and inspection.
③Easy Maintenance
Equipped with German imported Optibelt V‑belts, which feature uniform stress distribution, low tension attenuation, reliable transmission and long service life. For single‑side air intake models, the fan is directly driven by the motor without transmission efficiency loss, improving efficiency by 5%–10%.
The motor is an international brand, totally enclosed, outdoor‑type cooling tower dedicated motor, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
The pillow block bearings feature self‑aligning function and a three‑layer sealed waterproof structure, guaranteeing smooth operation of the transmission system.
④All-steel modular design
Material: All-steel structure with simple and attractive appearance design.
The tower features high structural strength, excellent fire resistance and corrosion resistance; stainless steel is available as an option.
Modular design adopted for the whole tower: The cooling tower is assembled module by module in the factory, and the pre-assembled modules are transported to the site for installation. This not only ensures high installation quality but also greatly shortens construction time, providing customers with a better service experience.
