Patented Technology: Utilizes Japan Spindle patented fill with a composite sine-wave structure. The suspended, inclined installation aligns perfectly with the circulating water flow, maximizing the heat exchange area and thermal efficiency.

Premium Materials: Constructed from 100% virgin modified PVC via vacuum suction molding, ensuring an extended service life.

Green Design: A buckle/snap-fit connection is used between fill sheets, eliminating the need for adhesives and ensuring environmental sustainability.

Noise Control: Equipped with Japan Spindle’s proprietary silent axial-flow fans, specifically engineered for cooling tower environments to minimize operational noise.

②Maintenance Convenience

Internal Access: The crossflow design features a built-in access walkway, allowing personnel to enter the tower directly for routine inspections.

Robust Distribution System: The hot water distribution basins are made of high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel, providing both durability and easy access.

Ergonomic Maintenance: Fan lubrication ports are strategically located outside the fan cylinder next to the motor, ensuring safe and convenient maintenance operations.

③Simplified Installation

Integrated Design: The cold water basin features an integrated (one-piece) design with minimal seams, significantly reducing onsite installation time and potential leak points.

Modular Delivery: Major components are pre-assembled at the factory. Certain models offer fully-assembled shipment, ensuring superior build quality while drastically shortening the onsite construction schedule.

④Operational Reliability & Safety

ransmission System: Utilizes banded V-belts for uniform load distribution and slow tension decay.

Premium Motors: Features international brand TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) outdoor motors. Side-mounted placement protects the motor from direct contact with high-temperature, saturated exhaust air.

  • Seismic & Fire Resistance:
    • Seismic Design: Robust structure capable of withstanding 1.0g horizontal and 0.5g vertical seismic intensity.
    • Flame Retardancy: Fill materials have passed national fire safety tests and international SGS inspections, ensuring excellent flame-retardant performance and operational safety.
