At the integrated test points of the ExiFlo Smart, pressure and temperature data are sampled every 10 milliseconds, amounting to 120,000 sampling readings within 20 minutes. The system software eliminates interferences induced by vibration, water hammer and other factors, calibrates pressure data based on temperature variations, and analyzes to quantify the precise size of leakage orifices as well as the flow velocity of the medium.
