Five-layer co-extruded composite liquid cooling tubing is integrally extruded with an ETFE/TIE/PP/PA12 multi-layer structure. Customized to match server liquid cooling systems, it balances lightweight design, coolant resistance, flame retardancy and long-term sealing performance.
Core Advantages of Each Layer
Inner ETFE Layer
Fluoroplastic material with self-lubricating property to reduce flow resistance. It features superior chemical inertness, full coolant compatibility and low permeability, and withstands high temperature and pressure. No substance precipitation occurs after long-term service to maintain fluid cleanliness.
TIE Adhesive Layer
Provides molecular-level chemical bonding. The interlayer peel strength reaches ≥3 N·mm to eliminate delamination and debonding risks.
Middle PP Layer
Boasts high toughness and allows small-radius bending. Its ultra-low density drastically cuts weight compared with metal and PTFE tubing.
Outer PA12 Layer
Patented UL94 V0 flame-retardant material with high mechanical strength, outstanding abrasion resistance and anti-aging performance. Multi-color outer jackets are available for selection.
