GFS5000DM - Double Manifold Fuel Filter Water Separator System 

Griffin's GFS series of fuel filter/water separator systems also are purifiers.

They are designed for shipbuilders and ship operators in new building applications; power plant builders and operators; diesel engine manufacturers.

The Griffin GFS series can also be used in retrofit applications to replace or supplement existing fuel cleaning systems.

The systems efficiently protect daily tank or precision engine components from dirt, rust, algae, asphaltines and
varnishes. Griffin’s unique patented MICROBLOC® multi-grade filtration media also efficiently separates water from fuel.

GFS5000DM Filtration System removes contaminants and separate water by the following process:
1. Coalescing Action: Smaller water droplets and solid  contaminants are filtered out by MICROBLOC® multi-grade filtration media, causing them to coalesce together and fall into the collection bowl

2. Micro Action I: Micro Action filtration removes the smallest water       droplets and solid contaminants from fuel

3. Micro Action II: A second Micro Action filtration ensures nearly        100% pure fuel filtration
