Immersion Cooling Solution
Immersion liquid cooling involves directly submerging heat-generating electronic components—such as CPUs, motherboards, memory modules, and hard drives—in a dielectric, chemically inert coolant. The circulating coolant continuously draws away the heat generated by these components. Compared to traditional air cooling, immersion liquid cooling reduces the thermal resistance from the components to the surrounding environment by an order of magnitude, significantly enhancing heat transfer efficiency.
Single-phase Immersion Liquid Cooling
Single-phase immersion systems utilize Runhe's independently developed silicone-based coolant, ensuring highly stable temperature control with no additional maintenance required. By keeping the temperature of electronic components like CPUs constant, it enhances overall system reliability and can achieve a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of under 1.06. Because the coolant is in direct contact with all equipment, it delivers excellent cooling efficiency and a highly uniform internal temperature field, effectively minimizing the risk of thermal runaway.
Two-phase Immersion Liquid Cooling
Two-phase immersion liquid cooling utilizes Runhe's proprietary two-phase fluorinated fluid. It leverages the latent heat of vaporization during the phase change process for highly efficient heat transfer, offering superior cooling capacity ideal for ultra-high-power-density scenarios. As the coolant boils, it absorbs massive amounts of heat, resulting in a heat transfer coefficient far exceeding that of single-phase convection.
