INTREPID™ Microwave Sensors provide volumetric intrusion detection for data centres, critical infrastructure, and other high-security environments. The technology creates an invisible detection field that identifies movement within a protected area while distinguishing intrusion activity from environmental disturbances.

Microwave links use separate transmitter and receiver units to create a point-to-point detection zone, providing reliable coverage along extended perimeter boundaries and across open areas. Transceivers combine transmitting and receiving functions in a single unit, providing greater flexibility for gates, access points, rooftops, and other areas where more localised coverage is required.

Designed for outdoor operation, INTREPID™ Microwave Sensors provide a high probability of detection with low nuisance alarm rates and reliable performance in rain, fog, wind, dust, falling snow, and temperature extremes.

INTREPID™ Microwave Sensors support a range of integration options for both standalone and networked security systems. Depending on the configuration, alarm information can be integrated through relay outputs, IP-based communications, and third-party security platforms.
