Envicool loop is made of ASTM 304 stainless steel or stainless steel of higher standard. It is welded after mechanical polishing. The pipe meets the compatibility requirements of the liquid cooling coolant.

The entire loop includes components such as the supply pipe, the return pipe, CDU branch, rack manifold, and exhaust and discharge devices. It is designed to have no flow dead ends to ensure that the fluid keeps flowing during operation and reduces the risk of deterioration. CDU branch, rack manifold, and adjacent rack pipes are all equipped with valves to facilitate online maintenance of individual components and the whole loop.

The maximum pressure of the loop is not less than 1.6 MPa, and the flow unevenness of each branch is controlled within 10%.

The system is assembled in a 10,000 dust-free workshop. Before leaving the factory, it undergoes strict tests including pressure holding, leakage, and drying. There is no need for welding during on-site assembly.
