Developed by Tianlai Energy-Efficiency based on the heat absorption principle of water evaporative phase change, the Tianlai Energy-Efficiency Phase-Change (Atomization) Cooling & Energy-Saving System consists of three core modules: centrifugal atomizers, intelligent control system and water treatment unit. As a cost-effective energy-saving retrofit solution for outdoor units of data center precision air conditioners, it is compatible with various computer room scenarios including telecom operators, computing power facilities, banking and insurance institutions.
The intelligent control system performs real-time monitoring of air conditioner load, condensing pressure as well as ambient temperature and humidity. It dynamically adjusts the spray volume ranging from 6 to 60L/H via 485 communication or intelligent speed regulation to realize on-demand cooling and avoid energy waste caused by excessive spraying. In addition, it supports remote monitoring and unattended operation, greatly cutting labor management costs.
The water treatment unit offers two optional solutions — purified water and softened water, for customers to flexibly select according to on-site water quality. The purified water solution completely removes all minerals and impurities in water to fundamentally eliminate scaling and corrosion risks on heat exchange fins. The softened water solution removes calcium and magnesium ions through ion exchange to effectively restrain limescale formation while maintaining economic efficiency. Both solutions can sustain stable, non-declining heat exchange efficiency of condensers over a long term, markedly extend the service life of precision air conditioner outdoor units and drastically reduce the frequency of routine cleaning and maintenance.
