Qili operates a precision machining base in Wenzhou and an integrated industrial park in Huaining, Anhui, encompassing a complete value chain that includes precision casting, forging, CNC machining, electropolishing (EP), and clean-room assembly. This vertically integrated setup enables one-stop in-house production of valve bodies and fittings—from raw material to finished product.
Our core product portfolio covers a full range of hygienic fluid components, including 3-piece ball valves, diaphragm valves, butterfly valves, check valves, and other aseptic valves, as well as EP mirror-finish high-purity fittings, sight glasses, quick-connect couplings, and filtration equipment. Sizes range from 1/2" to 6", with multiple connection options such as clamp, flange, and thread. All products are manufactured using compliant CF3M cast 316L and F316L forged stainless steel, and strictly adhere to international standards including 3A, ASME BPE, SMS, DIN, ISO, and RJT, meeting the high-purity requirements of food, pharmaceutical, fine chemical, and semiconductor industries.
Leveraging our in-house casting and forging lines, we maintain rigorous control over chromium, nickel, and molybdenum content in raw materials.  
We are capable of both standardized mass production and non-standard custom manufacturing, with each shipment accompanied by comprehensive test reports covering spectroscopy, surface roughness, and salt spray performance.
