Founded in 2018 by Yao Xin, founder of PPTV, and Wang Wenyu, former Chief Architect of PPTV, PPIO delivers cost-effective, ultra-elastic and low-latency one-stop AI compute, model services and Agentic Infra for AI-native applications, AI agent development, AI coding and multimodal scenarios.

Backed by a global compute scheduling network, PPIO converts heterogeneous, cross-region GPU resources into scalable IaaS, reliable and efficient MaaS, and dedicated Agentic Infra that enables AI agents to execute tasks autonomously and persistently. This allows developers to deploy AI applications rapidly without managing underlying infrastructure or model interfaces.

As of April 2026, PPIO has more than 574,000 registered developers and over 4,800 distributed compute nodes worldwide. Its average daily token volume reached 1.028 trillion, ranking first among independent MaaS platforms in China by token volume. Its Agent Sandbox business has grown more than 50-fold within less than a year of launch.
