(Stock Code: 301397), specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of core components for data center liquid cooling. Since its founding in 1999, the parent company has accumulated over two decades of thermal-fluid technology expertise and established globally leading capabilities in automotive polymer fluid handling systems. We provide a full portfolio of self-developed system-level products and services, including cold plates, quick-connect couplings, tubing, manifolds, and CDUs (Coolant Distribution Units). We have established integrated capabilities spanning material development, structural design, and end-to-end delivery from molds and components to system-level solutions.

Our core team consists of industry veterans from leading companies in thermal management, automotive, and internet sectors, with an average of over 15 years of experience. This gives us a distinct advantage in technological innovation and industrial implementation for the era of large-scale computing power and liquid cooling. We have established the Chongqing Polymer Materials Application R&D Center and the Huizhou Metal Materials Application R&D Center, developing over 100 new products annually. Our two major manufacturing bases—in Chongqing (60,000 sqm) and Huizhou (10,000 sqm)—are equipped with extensive production and testing facilities. The Chongqing base houses over 200 high-speed injection molding machines (50T-2400T) and precision mold processing equipment, while the Huizhou base is outfitted with more than 30 units for vacuum brazing, tunnel brazing, ultrasonic C-scan, helium leak testing, and cleanliness testing. This enables comprehensive manufacturing capability for liquid cooling products, from molds and components to system-level delivery.
