Superliq is a Singapore-based dielectric coolant platform. We started our journey around two years ago by participating in Intel's Superfluid test programme. Our single-phase immersion coolant has since been qualified by Intel as compatible with single-phase immersion cooling. It is a low-polarity hydrocarbon dielectric fluid that is completely PFAS-free, while delivering dielectric constant (Dk) and loss tangent performance comparable to PFAS-based fluids.
Building on this technology, we began developing a DTC coolant platform. Our focus is on enabling higher coolant supply temperatures and improved hotspot control, particularly for the drop-in deployment of AI compute, without requiring major infrastructure changes. We're now looking to work with research institutions, OEMs and industry partners to further validate our technology through rigorous laboratory testing and real-world deployments. Our aim is to deliver reliable, scalable and more serviceable liquid cooling solutions.
