Unlike conventional kiosks limited to fixed, scripted answers, Blah-Blah.ai Display detects approaching visitors with a precision camera and switches automatically from a media-art standby screen to live AI conversation. A high-performance LLM character understands natural language and responds in real time through voice or 10-point multi-touch — in Korean, English, Chinese and Japanese — then returns to standby on its own. A single integrated CMS lets operators upload content, refine AI training data from real question logs, and monitor every screen remotely.
The result: 24/7 unattended guidance without additional staff, idle hours converted into media art and advertising revenue, and an accessible experience for older and international visitors.
