Transfong Ventures is a Singapore-headquartered cross-border tech accelerator and technical service provider. It operates Chinese hubs in Xiamen, Suzhou, Wuxi, Nanjing, Beijing and Jinan, and maintains long-term cooperation with institutions under China’s Ministry of Science and Technology and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Backed by governmental bodies from both China and Singapore, Transfong serves as a bilateral innovation platform dedicated to facilitating the global expansion of tech firms as well as cross-border talent exchange between the two countries. Its core businesses cover three major segments: Sino-Singapore government innovation ecosystem cooperation, cross-border development services for enterprises, and Sino-Singapore international talent training and exchange.
The institution runs six official Singapore-themed innovation centres across China and has supported over 100 Chinese and Singaporean tech firms to realize cross-border deployment, facilitating more than 40 industrial cooperation projects. It delivers professional training and strategic consulting to government bodies and prestigious universities on both sides such as Nanyang Technological University (NTU). Meanwhile, Dr. Li Wei, Co-founder of Transfong Ventures, serves as the Programme Director of NTU’s iSGP Enterprise Growth Programme to deepen talent cultivation and industrial integration. Moving forward, Transfong will keep drawing on its extensive government partnerships and global innovation resources to drive the international growth of technology enterprises and empower the development of the Sino-Singapore industrial innovation ecosystem.
