UBIS is an AI game studio and technology company developing its own game IP and AI-powered game development technology. At the core of our technology is UBIS AI AGENT, a proprietary solution that automatically converts 2D concept art into production-ready 3D characters and animation data.Unlike conventional image-to-3D tools that focus on visual generation, UBIS AI AGENT is designed for actual game production, reducing the manual work required for 3D modeling, rigging, and animation while maintaining the visual identity of the original 2D artwork. Our first competitive advantage is that the technology is developed for practical use in commercial game production rather than for demonstration purposes. Our second advantage is the combination of AI technology and game IP.

UBIS develops and operates its own games while its AI R&D and game development teams work together. This allows the technology to be tested in real production environments, validated by developers, and improved based on actual production requirements. This process creates a continuous cycle of AI development, game production, validation, and improvement. We have already applied this approach to our own game development, with our latest title generating over USD 600,000 in revenue within 41 days of launch.

In parallel with our own game development, we are developing UBIS AI AGENT as an AI-powered game development SaaS platform for external game studios. The platform will provide recurring subscription and usage-based revenue, while our game IP business creates additional revenue through game operations, new titles, character IP, and licensing. By combining AI SaaS with game IP, UBIS operates two complementary businesses: AI technology as a recurring revenue business and game IP as a scalable content business.

Going forward, we plan to expand UBIS AI AGENT beyond game character production into broader 3D content production, providing AI-powered tools that can reduce the time and cost of 3D modeling and content creation for game studios and other industries that require 3D assets, including entertainment, media, and digital content.
