Yili Industry Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2021. Currently, it has over 200 sets of processing equipment including Mazak, ACE, etc., such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and five-axis machines. The grinding machines can process dimensions with a tolerance of 0.005mm. The CNC and NC processing equipment is equipped with advanced tool laser alignment devices to automatically control tool wear. The company is equipped with ZEISS three-coordinate measuring equipment, which can meet the more precise and complex product requirements of customers.
In early 2026, Yili integrated its technical development, mold design and manufacturing, powder metallurgy product development and production, and established a more automated casting production line. It also integrated the subsequent processes of casting, such as casting inspection, heat treatment, shape correction, post-processing, surface treatment, finished product inspection, storage and logistics, achieving full-process production within the industrial zone.
In addition, a cleanroom was newly built, equipped with helium detection equipment related to AI liquid cooling, and cleaning and inspection equipment.
