How might AI reshape human interactions with technology?
AI, specifically LLM, is trained on billions of parameters of human word and can help us see broad perspectives that are hard for us to see based on our limited, one lifetime of linear experiences. AI can also help us more easily understand and gain insights from vast amounts of information, as well as empower personalised, two-way communication between people and organizations.
What are some common misconceptions about the role of AI in business reinvention?
One misconception is AI can be “inserted" into any process and it would produce better results than humans. AI can provide value in many use cases but it is often best used as a complement to human decision making, and only when the problem is well defined, and only when the human knows how to use it. In some cases, AI isn’t actually needed, doesn’t provide value, and may even hamper human progress and ingenuity.
