Adhishesh Sood is a senior business-development and technology leader with 21 years at Honeywell, spanning building automation, field service, electrical and controls, global service operations, solution advisory, strategic partnerships, and business leadership across four geographies. Based in Atlanta, Adhishesh leads Honeywell Technologies’ global datacenter business and cross-SBG governance. He leads a unified portfolio across Building Automation, Process Automation, and Industrial Automation—setting strategy and key-account coverage. His datacenter experience spans all datacenter market segments. He has led customer and expert research with major cloud and data center operators, built coordinated account motions for global and regional customers, and activated sales teams across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, India, China, Asia, and Pacific. Adhishesh’s technical expertise spans the data-hall and power-island – BMS, fire, security to gas metering, gas-turbine and central-plant controls, SCADA and PLCs, OT cybersecurity, microgrids, battery energy storage, and power orchestration. His electrical experience includes grid interconnection, substations, high- and medium-voltage transformers and switchgear, critical-power architecture, transient-power management, and on-site generation for AI datacenters. Before leading datacenters for Honeywell, he built deep mission-critical experience through field-service and controls roles, global airport service leadership, service sales and operations across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa, global solution advisory, Healthy Buildings product and partnership leadership, and Sustainable Building Technologies. That work covered indoor air quality, sensing, touchless security, BESS, microgrids, EV infrastructure, net-zero consulting, and carbon-reporting solutions. Adhishesh completed Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development in 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation and Control and a postgraduate degree in business management and is a two-time Six Sigma Green Belt.
