Alex is the managing partner of Venture Hub Asia - an AI focus Singapore accelerator that supports visionaries or established businesses to soar new heights through AI and innovations. He has been a coder and an innovator for more than two decades. He was the founder and CEO of Kami Intelligence, a deep tech AI company which specialized in Natural Language Processing Tasks. It was also one of the earliest AI startup that devoted itself in the research and development of applying large Scale Language Model for commercial applications. It has been strategically acquired by investor in 2021. Prior to Kami, Alex has held international leadership positions in applying innovative and emerging technologies to commercial applications, including Travelzen (真旅⽹), one of the largest B2B online travel agents in China, Synaptic Technology - a Houston based consulting firm and Cherrypicks where he led various mission critical / innovative products successfully launched in the APAC and EMEA area. He is an inventor of two patents.
