Ali Badreddine serves as Vice President, Project Delivery & Data Center Solutions, Asia Pacific, and Vice President & General Manager, Southeast Asia Business Operations at Johnson Controls, based in Singapore. In his dual leadership roles, Ali drives strategy, development, and execution across field operations and mission-critical projects across Asia Pacific, with full P&L accountability for the project delivery and data center solutions operations. He is instrumental in delivering high-performance, energy-efficient, and scalable data center solutions that meet the evolving needs of digital transformation and sustainability. As VP & GM for Southeast Asia Business Operations, Ali drives profitable growth, market expansion, and operational discipline and efficiency. He leads high-performing teams by strengthening customer relationships, enhancing brand value, and embedding operational excellence through process optimization, performance management, and continuous improvement. Prior to joining Johnson Controls in April 2021, Ali held executive positions at General Electric (GE) and Baker Hughes, where he led the delivery of large-scale energy technology projects across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe. With over 20 years of international experience, he has successfully executed complex projects in the oil & gas, energy, industrial and data center sectors. Ali is deeply passionate about operations, project management, operational excellence, and energy technology. He has developed execution frameworks and models that have consistently driven success across diverse industries, including the rapidly evolving data center landscape. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University (Cyprus), an MSc in Project Management from Curtin University (Western Australia), and an Executive Master’s in Future Energy and Business Management from ESCP Business School (France).
