Andreas Kurz is the Global Head of Digital Transformation at Alfagomma Group, leading AI, data, and digital strategy across 40+ operating companies in 25+ countries. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the National University of Singapore, where he teaches Agentic AI for Business Analytics in the MSc programme and delivers Executive Education at NUS Business School for senior business leaders. He developed three enterprise AI frameworks, now taught at postgraduate level, that translate business strategy into production-ready multi-agent systems. He speaks and publishes on enterprise AI adoption and agentic system design.
