Austin Domenici is President of Global Data Center Solutions at Johnson Controls (NYSE: JCI), where he leads a business focused on helping data center operators bring capacity online faster, increase computing power and get more value from every megawatt invested. Johnson Controls combines more than 150 years of engineering expertise with one of the industry's broadest portfolios of air-cooled, water-cooled, absorption and liquid cooling technologies. By optimizing the full thermal chain, the company helps customers increase capacity, improve efficiency and accelerate time to value. Under Austin's leadership, Johnson Controls has expanded its capabilities through investments in Accelsius and Alloy Enterprises, extending expertise from the facility to the chip. The company has introduced the Silent-Aire Coolant Distribution Unit platform and AI Factory reference designs that help customers reduce cooling energy demand, eliminate cooling-related water consumption and simplify deployment. He has also advanced the company's modular strategy through its relationship with Armada and expanded prefabrication capabilities that help customers bring capacity online faster. Johnson Controls supports customers with one of the industry's largest service organizations, including more than 40,000 field and service technicians worldwide and 1.8 million square feet of manufacturing capacity. This combination of thermal expertise, manufacturing scale and service capabilities helps customers deploy and operate critical infrastructure with greater speed, reliability and confidence. Before leading Global Data Center Solutions, Austin served as CFO of Johnson Controls approximately $10 billion Global Products business, where he led growth and transformation initiatives. Prior to Johnson Controls, he held senior leadership roles at Medtronic spanning finance, operations and business transformation. Austin earned an MBA from The Wharton School and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California, Irvine.
