Ben Tan is currently serving as a Ministry CISO in the public sector, with over 25 years of leadership experience in 3 Lines of Defences across multiple industries. He is an EXCO Board Member of ISACA Singapore and has served as an AiSP Cybersecurity Award Judge since 2019. Ben has contributed to professional certification development, including the CISSP examination (ISC2) and the PMP examination (PMI). In academia, he has served as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Singapore Institute of Technology, teaching the Year 2 Web Security module. A strong believer in continuous learning, Ben has recently obtained a Specialist Diploma in AI Solutions Development, DevSecOps CAISP, ISACA AAIA and AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty.
