Benjamin leads security policy research in cybersecurity, hybrid threats, disinformation, foreign interference, and emerging technology security issues in artificial intelligence, quantum computing, space. He has given expert legal testimony at the UN Open Ended Working Group on Cyber and is Co-Chief Data Officer (Policy) of AI Singapore.
