Benjamin leads security policy research in cybersecurity, hybrid threats, disinformation, foreign interference, and emerging technology security issues in artificial intelligence, quantum computing, space. He has given expert legal testimony at the UN Open Ended Working Group on Cyber and lectures at the UN Singapore Cyber Fellowship.
