Bill Padfield is the CEO and Founding Associate of Salamander Advisory Services Pte.Ltd. Bill has been a prominent global technology and business leader for over three decades. Based in Singapore for the last 26 years, he was formerly global Senior Executive Vice President of Transformation and Platform Services at NTT Ltd, while concurrently serving on the main Board of NTT Inc. & Chairman of Secure-24, Detroit, MI. Previously, Bill was Chairman & CEO of Dimension Data Asia Pacific, and CEO of SGX listed Datacraft Asia Ltd. (for six years). He has a history of scaling and raising company valuations, experience in listing, de-listing and M&A globally, and helped lead Equant – now Orange Business Services – to a successful simultaneous IPO on the NYSE and Paris Bourse in 1998. Bill is currently an advisor to prominent VC funds and has extensive experience directly mentoring the founders and leadership teams of start-ups and SMEs. He also holds several non-executive director roles, including Transcelestial Technologies and Co-Chair of Halogen Foundation in Singapore. Bill is a British Citizen and a Permanent Resident of Singapore, an INSEAD AMP alumnus. He also studied digital strategies for companies, Columbia Business School & Private Equity, Imperial College Business School.
