Celine Xiao is Regional Power Lead for Japan and Asia Pacific (JAPAC) at NTT Global Data Centers, where she focuses on power and utility strategy supporting the development and expansion of NTT’s data center infrastructure across the region. With deep experience in power infrastructure, project planning and delivery, Celine works across internal teams, utilities and industry partners to navigate the increasingly complex energy requirements associated with data center growth. Her work addresses some of the sector’s most pressing challenges, including power availability, grid constraints, infrastructure readiness and the evolving energy demands created by AI and high-density computing. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), Celine brings a practical, execution-focused perspective to the conversation around how the data center industry can secure reliable and scalable power while balancing speed-to-market, resilience and sustainability. She is also an active contributor to industry discussions on the future of data center power across Asia Pacific, including the evolving role of grid power, self-generation and greater collaboration across the energy ecosystem.
