David is Senior Vice President and ASEAN Sales Leader at Marsh (Singapore), specialising in Political and Structured Credit insurance. He advises financial institutions and multinational corporations on financing projects, protecting overseas investments, and managing emerging-market risks. With more than 23 years of insurance experience, including 17 years focused on Political and Structured Credit, David has extensive expertise in designing, structuring, and placing complex insurance programmes across Asia. His experience spans multinational corporations, commodity traders, and financial institutions, and includes leading the placement of Taiwan’s first onshore renewable wind project into the Asian insurance market.
