Denise has 25 years of experience spanning AI, public sector policy, product partnerships and ecosystem strategy across Android, AR/VR and IoT platforms. She spent the past 15 years working in the United States, taking AI and deep tech from research to real-world deployment, negotiating high-impact deals, and launching products at global scale. As Chief Strategy Officer and Director of AI Central at HTX, Denise leads AI through four pillars: AI Masterplanning & Collaboration to drive Home Team’s AI transformation and ecosystem partnerships; AI Solutions and Design to deploy AI products through close collaboration with stakeholders; AI Training and Competency programs for an AI-ready workforce; and AI Governance & Assurance through verification and validation for trusted AI products. Previously at Google in Silicon Valley, Denise led Strategic Partnerships for the Android Ecosystem and drove the deployment of Gen AI and frontier technologies across 3 billion devices with silicon, IP, OEM and developer partners worldwide. Prior to Google, she led business strategy and development at Qualcomm USA and served 8 years in the Singapore Administrative Service. Denise holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, an MS in EE from Stanford, a BEng from Imperial College, and is trained in negotiation at Harvard Law School.
