Lay Hwa is currently the Head of Energy Transition at Shell Singapore, leading strategies to deliver cleaner, more competitive energy solutions. With over 17 years at Shell, she has held leadership roles across R&D, Trading & Supply, Chemicals, and the Lubricants business in Singapore and the Netherlands. Her current focus includes enabling clean power for data centres and advancing liquid cooling technologies. She is part of a working group developing Singapore’s standards for tropical data centre cooling.
