Speakers

Dr Siew is the Group Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer of Maybank, the top Malaysian banking group with presence in 10 South East Asian countries and major global financial centers. As a member of the Group EXCO team, he is responsible for developing and executing strategies for the Group, including focusing on broadening and deepening the digitalization agenda. He holds a PhD and a Bachelor degree in Engineering from the University of Southampton, UK and MBA from the London Business School. Dr Siew has been keynote speaker for major conferences/seminars (AICB, ASLI, Asia Fintech News, MDEC), radio and TV stations e.g. BFM, Astro Awani and author of numerous papers on Fintech Disruption and Digital Banking. He is granted with 3 patents by the UK Patent Office.
