Edmas Neo is the Managing Director of Accrete Innovation, where he focuses on practical AI adoption, designing hyper-accelerated organisations and go-to-market advisory. Edmas is the creator of the IDEAS 2.0 framework, which helps organisations move from AI experimentation towards adoption, workforce fluency and measurable value. Previously, as Vice President of the Transformation Office at Mandai Wildlife Group, he led enterprise transformation, operational optimisation, AI governance and the Mandai Living Lab, translating emerging technologies into practical improvements across workplace productivity, guest experience and operations. Before joining Mandai, he was CEO of Action Community for Entrepreneurship and Regional Director at SGInnovate, where he supported startup ecosystem development and helped deep-tech ventures expand across Asia. With more than two decades of experience, Edmas speaks and advises on AI adoption, innovation, venture creation and the future of organisations.
