Edmas serves as Vice President of the Transformation Office at Mandai Wildlife Group, where he leads enterprise-wide innovation and transformation initiatives. His work focuses on cultivating an innovation-driven culture while driving operational optimisation, lean implementation, and the strategic adoption of new technologies. At Mandai, he spearheads the Mandai Living Lab, a collaborative platform for piloting and scaling emerging solutions that enhance guest experiences, improve operational efficiency, and support animal care and sustainability goals. By combining design thinking, data, and deep cross-functional collaboration, he and his team is helping to future-proof one of Singapore’s most iconic nature and wildlife destinations. Before joining Mandai, Edmas was the CEO of Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE), where he championed startup innovation and ecosystem development in Singapore. Prior to that, he served as Regional Director at SGInnovate, helping deep tech startups scale and expand across Asia. With over two decades of experience, Edmas is a strong advocate for open innovation and cross-sector collaboration to drive meaningful impact.
